These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of B360.lk (the "Service"), operated by B360 International (Pvt) Ltd ("B360", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or business listing, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information, images, and descriptions they submit. Listings are reviewed before publication and may be edited, suspended, or removed at our discretion if they violate these Terms, contain misleading information, or breach applicable law.
Paid packages (Standard and Premium) are billed as described at the time of purchase. Membership discounts offered by participating merchants are subject to each merchant's own terms and availability. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
You agree not to: submit false or fraudulent business listings; scrape or misuse the Service in a way that degrades it for other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The B360 name, logo, and platform are the property of B360 International (Pvt) Ltd. Content submitted by business owners remains their property, but by publishing it on B360.lk you grant us a license to display and distribute it as part of the Service.
The Service may link to third-party websites and platforms within the wider B360 ecosystem or operated by our merchants. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. B360 does not guarantee the accuracy of listings submitted by third parties and is not liable for any transaction or dispute between users and listed businesses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, B360's liability arising from use of the Service is limited.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
