Usage data: we automatically collect information such as pages viewed, searches performed, clicks on phone/WhatsApp/website links, and general device/browser information, used to power analytics shown to business owners and to improve the Service.
We use collected information to: operate and maintain the Service; verify and display business listings; process membership and payment transactions; respond to enquiries submitted via our contact forms; send transactional emails (such as account verification or payment confirmations); and improve search relevance and platform security.
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with: service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery, payment processing); other platforms within the B360 ecosystem when you use Single Sign-On to access them; and authorities where required by law.
